In Greece; there is a temple dedicated to Apollo where the Oracle was kept. This is Delphi, claims to be the center of earth and the universe (Omphalos Stone).
Important it is, most respected...
Go & get the approval of the Temple first, then attack Persia.
Does not rain for the last 2 years... fine... go to the Temple and check what is wrong. The Temple surely has a solution.

But, then, what is this... 6th century B.C. a competitor on the other side of the sea (Aegean Sea);
A temple dedicated to Apollo in the middle of nowhere; Didyma... can only be reached from a sacred road of nearly 12 miles.
A Temple saying that people do not have to go all the way Delphi... Apollo does speak here through the mouth of the 'blameless'.
This is not good... a competitor on the other side of the sea !
